Hance McPherson

Hance McPherson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Hance started as a Site Acquisition Manager at JGS Property in 1998 and then moved on to APN Outdoor, where they worked as a Commercial Manager from 2005 to 2007 and as a Commercial Director from 2007 to 2010. Hance then joined Star Pubs & Bars as the Head of Lessee Recruitment from 2011 to 2016. Hance then worked as a Program Manager - Customer Experience at The HEINEKEN Company from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the Head of Licensee Recruitment at Star Pubs & Bars, a position they have held since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for the national attraction strategy, recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters and marketeers.

Hance McPherson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Glasgow Caledonian University. Hance pursued this degree from 1990 to 1994.
