Sarah Culbertson

Sarah Culbertson is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and human resources. Currently, Sarah serves as the Pub Operations Manager at Star Pubs & Bars, having previously held the role of Pub Support Manager within the same organization since June 2019. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Bield Housing & Care from November 2011 to May 2019, culminating as HR Services Team Leader. Earlier in Sarah's career, positions included Administrative Assistant at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Administrative Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions. Sarah began a career in retail as a Sales Adviser and Trainer at Debenhams from August 2007 to August 2008. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Consumer Studies from Queen Margaret University, earned between 2003 and 2007, after completing secondary education at Craigmount High School.
