Dave Pearson

Dave Pearson is an experienced professional in sustainable development and engineering. Currently serving as the Group Sustainable Development Director at Star Refrigeration since June 2020, Pearson leads initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact through energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions. In addition to this role, Pearson holds positions as a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at Edinburgh Napier University and as a Director at Greenstills and Star Renewable Energy, where innovative industrial heat pump installations are a focus. Pearson is also the Chairman of CeeD-Scotland and has previously contributed as Chair of the Renewable Heating and Cooling Platform, advocating for renewable energy technologies. With an MBA and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Pearson brings a robust educational background to the various leadership roles held within the engineering and renewable energy sectors.
