Gary Cleary

Gary Cleary has extensive work experience in the refrigeration industry. Gary started their career in 2000 at Star Refrigeration as a Pipe/mechanical fitter, where they gained skills in pipe fitting, mechanical fitting, pressure testing, planning, pump/compressor overhauls, motor & compressor alignment, and welding. In 2007, they were promoted to Production Supervisor, where they supervised a range of trades to build complex industrial refrigeration plants. Gary acquired additional skills in estimating, budget monitoring, and management of core and subcontract personnel. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing projects in the oil/gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, cold storage, and building services industry. In May 2019, Gary became Director of Projects at Star Refrigeration, overseeing various projects. Gary is currently serving as the Head of Projects at Star Refrigeration.

From 2007 to 2011, Gary Cleary attended UWS where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management.
