Marc Gault

Marc Gault is an experienced compliance and contracts manager with a strong background in industrial refrigeration and military engineering. Currently serving as Compliance Manager - North at Star Refrigeration since July 2017, Marc is responsible for the planning and execution of refrigeration installations in Scotland, offering health and safety, CDM, and technical advice. Marc has also been seconded to manage larger installations, such as the Queens Quay river source heat pump project. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Risk Consultant at Insight Assured Ltd and spent 17 years in the British Army, where responsibilities included managing vehicle inspections, leading engineering teams for UK forces, and mentoring apprentices. Marc holds a NEBOSH qualification.
