Brenda Matthews

Brenda Matthews is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Technical Pricing & Compliance Manager for North America at Artex Risk Solutions since August 1997, where responsibilities include managing pricing and compliance issues for workers' compensation policies in a program environment. Previous experience includes the role of Underwriting Manager, overseeing a significant workers' compensation book of business primarily involving large Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and temporary staffing agencies. Prior to Artex, Brenda held the position of Underwriting Supervisor at Citation Insurance Company from September 1982 to April 1997, where supervision encompassed an underwriting department managing a $15 million book of business. Brenda graduated from La Salle in South Bend, IN, and possesses over 30 years of industry experience.
