Steven Watt

Steven Watt possesses extensive experience in the refrigeration industry, currently serving as Maintenance & Contracts Manager at Star Refrigeration since January 2021, after holding roles as Regional Contract Manager for Scotland and Service Engineer. Previously, Steven worked at GEA Group as a Refrigeration Technician from October 2018 to January 2021, focusing on service, maintenance, and installations of industrial refrigeration systems. Prior to that, Steven was an Offshore Refrigeration Engineer for Tyco, managing maintenance and repair of equipment on CNRL platforms in the North Sea. Earlier positions include roles at Johnson Controls and ENGIE, where Steven handled maintenance and repairs of industrial refrigeration systems across various UK sites. Following an engineering apprenticeship at Star Refrigeration, Steven gained foundational skills in ammonia refrigeration and compliance with F-Gas regulations.
