Cliff Kendel

Cliff Kendel, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished investment and real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and real estate development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates since 2013, Kendel oversees a range of advisory services for middle market companies. As a Partner at Star Resort Group since 2017, Kendel contributes to luxury real estate development and marketing globally. Kendel is also a founding Principal of Integra Realty Partners, LLC, driving corporate investment and capital strategies with significant project involvement totaling over $130 million. Previous roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at Security Capital Strategic Group and Equity Group Investments, where Kendel managed substantial urban asset acquisitions and redevelopment projects. Kendel holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a BS in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
