Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance, currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Since January 2016, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
