Dmitry Vlasov

Dmitry Vlasov is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of the Software Engineering Department at Тинькофф since May 2023, overseeing a team of approximately 100 individuals focused on providing accounting solutions for small enterprises. Previously, Dmitry worked at Deutsche Bank from July 2011 to May 2023 as a Senior Technology Manager, where leadership of a 30-person department and management of key investment banking products were notable achievements. Earlier career roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Luxoft, Forex Club / "Akmos Trade," and EPAM Systems, with a focus on software architecture, development, and team management. Dmitry holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Informatics and Computer Science, and Jurisprudence from Udmurt State University.
