Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia currently serves as an Account Manager at Star Service, Inc., a position held since January 2022, following a role as Controls Project Manager at the same company from January 2019 to January 2022. With a strong background in HVAC design, electrical controls system design, and customer support, Victor has also worked as an HVAC Design Engineer at a custom controls company from September 2012 to December 2018 and as a Maintenance Engineer at Prosperity Management Corp. from September 2008 to August 2012. Victor holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration from San Jacinto College and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. Additionally, Victor is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Houston-Downtown.
