J Douglas Milligan

J Douglas Milligan, a committed professional with extensive experience in the commercial HVAC industry, currently serves as the MEP Construction, Project & Maintenance Executive for Star Service Inc. in the Gulf Coast region. With a background in indoor air quality, maintenance, design & build, and energy management, J Douglas Milligan also played a key role as a Co-Founder and Board of Directors member at Lyn & Louise, a farm to table specialty food business. Prior to these roles, J Douglas Milligan held positions in account executive sales at Comfort Systems USA and founder roles at Seasann and Bobick's Pro Shop, Inc. Educationally, J Douglas Milligan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Bethel College and has additional certifications in real estate and soccer coaching.
