Sari Van Tendeloo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sari started their career in 2008 as a Weekend Manager and Barista at Maona. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Hostess at The Oval Office - United Live Communication. In 2013, they joined Labour Court Antwerp as a Trainee. Sari then moved on to Antwerps Sportpaleis in 2008 as a Bar Manager. In 2014, they started working at STAR Specialists, where they held multiple roles including Recruitment Consultant, Lead Bullhorn Super User, Operational Sales - Contract Manager, Team Lead, Senior Principal Consultant, Strategic Business Manager, and Company Lawyer. Currently, at STAR Specialists, they serve as the Sales Director.

Sari Van Tendeloo completed their Executive MBA degree at Vlerick Business School from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Social Law from the University of Antwerp between 2007 and 2014. Earlier in their education, they completed Higher Secondary Education with a focus on Humane Wetenschappen at Kardinaal Van Roey Instituut Vorselaar from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, in November 2014, they obtained the VCA VOL (Veiligheid voor Operationeel Leidiginggevende) certification from BNT Wilrijk.
