Sil Hoeve

Sil Hoeve has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the staffing and recruitment industry. Starting in 2000, Sil began their career at Allegis Group as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager. After two years, they joined Merak as an Account Manager. In 2004, Sil joined Brunel, where they held several positions including Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Commercieel Manager. In 2011, Sil became the General Manager at Brunel South East Asia. They then went on to hold Regional Manager and Regional Director positions at Brunel, overseeing Europe, Africa, and Asia. Most recently, Sil has taken on the role of CEO at STAR GROUP and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Specialist Group.

Sil Hoeve attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000, majoring in Economie.
