Kevin Khoa Nguyen, Esq. (He/Him)

Kevin Khoa Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kevin is the Director of Human Resources at STAR Education, ensuring compliance with labor laws and advising on HR practices, and an Attorney at the Law Office of Wendolyn Peterson, where he represent clients, drafts legal documents, and conducts legal research.

Kevin has educational experience as well. He is the Director & Professor at Abraham Lincoln University's School of Legal Studies and Law School, providing leadership and participating in curriculum development. He served as an Adjunct Professor at El Camino College, teaching courses on business law and legal writing.

In addition to his legal and teaching roles, Kevin has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Creative Director of Sky World, Inc., where he manages business operations and performs as a musician and spokesperson. Kevin also gained experience as a Volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, assisting clients with legal forms and conducting legal research, and as an Editor-in-Chief for "The Precedent" Monthly Newsletter at Western State College of Law.

Kevin's earlier experience includes working as a Document Reviewer at Hire Counsel and teaching courses on social networking at California State University-Dominguez Hills. Overall, Kevin Khoa Nguyen brings a broad range of skills and experiences to his work in the legal and educational fields.

Kevin Khoa Nguyen completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. Later, he pursued his education at Western State College of Law, where he obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. During his time at law school, he also earned a Business Law Certificate with Distinction, achieving a GPA above 3.0. In addition to his academic achievements, Kevin has obtained certifications as an Attorney from the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
