Tatjana Knezevic

Tatjana Knezevic has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, working in various roles such as Senior Application Developer, QA Contractor, Application Engineer, and IVR Architect. Currently, Tatjana serves as the VP of Solutions Design and PMO at Star Telecom, leading the Professional Services Genesys Team in contact center implementations and working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into project scopes. Prior to this, Tatjana was a Senior Project Manager at NuVoxx Communications Ltd., where Tatjana established the Star Telecom PMO and improved internal projects related to voice platforms and call routing.
