Sue Fischer

Sue Fischer is an accomplished executive in clinical operations with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Sue serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Operations at Star Therapeutics since February 2025 and as Owner/Operator of Whites Ferry Clinical LLC since January 2022. Previously, Sue held various roles at Aerovate Therapeutics, including Consultant, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Development Operations from April 2022 to January 2025. Additionally, Sue served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Syndax Pharmaceuticals from January 2017 to April 2022 and held positions at Acetylon Pharmaceuticals as Associate Vice President and Senior Director of Clinical Operations from January 2013 to January 2016. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Biology from Fitchburg State University, completed in January 1999.
