Nicole Hvidsten

Nicole Hvidsten has been a vital part of the Star Tribune since 2000, advancing through various roles including Copy Editor, Production Chief, Deputy Design Director, Senior Editor of Star Tribune Magazine, and currently serving as Food Editor. With extensive experience in both design and editorial functions, Nicole has contributed significantly to the Taste section and the quarterly magazine set to debut in April 2017. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
