Ajit Powar

Ajit Powar has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR services and management. Ajit has held various leadership roles at companies such as YES BANK, DBS Bank, HDFC Ergo General Insurance, and Perot Systems. Ajit'sroles have included responsibilities in recruitment, HR services, and competency-based training. Most recently, they served as the Head of HR Services & COE at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited.

Ajit Powar completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from KIT's College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kolhapur in 2006. Ajit then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Balaji Institute of Modern Management from 2007 to 2009. Concurrently, they also obtained a Masters in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University during the same period.
