Kshitij Chandrakar has a diverse background in HR, event coordination, and engineering. Currently working as Manager - Performance and Rewards at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited, Kshitij previously held positions as a Senior Manager in HR at Capital Trust Ltd, and as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Larsen & Toubro.
