Silvia Ghiazza

Silvia Ghiazza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Silvia started their career at Star Italia in 2003 as a Project Manager. Silvia then became a Team Leader from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined Star Italia as a Human Resource Management in 2011. In 2012, Silvia joined STAR7 as the Head of Vendor Management until 2017. Silvia then worked as a Production Manager before transitioning to the role of Head of Product, Quality, and Talent Management from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they serve as a Client Partner at STAR7.
