Luan Fronza

Luan Fronza is an experienced engineering consultant with a focus on production loss reduction and quality tools application at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI since March 2017. In the role of Project Assistant at Stara S/A since March 2014, Luan has contributed to the design and improvement of various devices, supervised assembly, and coordinated teams in project-related tasks. Earlier experience includes a Project Assistant position at Jama, where project work focused on welding devices, process improvement machinery, and quality control. Luan holds a Latu Sensu specialization in Management and Business from IFFar and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAHOR.
