Nicole Kusaba

Nicole Kusaba has a long history of working in the food service industry. In 2011, they began their career as a General Manager at Erik's DeliCafe, where they were responsible for screening, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, General Managers, and Franchises. Nicole was also responsible for all daily financial reports and documentation. In 2015, they moved to the role of District Manager at Erik's DeliCafe, where they helped General Managers control and manage labor, cost, and waste, as well as working with the Marketing team to come up with ideas to increase sales. In 2017, they became a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they excelled at communicating with customers and co-workers from diverse backgrounds. In 2019, they moved to Straits and Sino Restaurants as a General Manager, and in 2020, they began working as a District Manager at Starbird.

Nicole Kusaba attended West Valley College, where they earned an AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
