Jane Woolley

Jane joined Starboard in 2007 with over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She brings with her skills as leasing director for a development company, Grossman Properties, Inc. in Boston, MA; a retail leasing specialist with Hunneman Commercial/Coldwell Banker-Boston; and as an independent consultant to the restaurant and food industry with Restaurant Brokers of America.

Jane's disciplined and honest approach to each client’s goals is her primary focus. Jane has been instrumental in creating synergy to shopping center tenant mix for local and national developers, seeing projects through every aspect of the development process. This has included historic district rehab in downtown Boston and suburban markets, mixed-use development, and as a consultant to the lifestyle development model. Having played the role of both landlord and developer, Jane has the unique advantage of viewing projects from the developer/landlord perspective in creating win-win scenarios during these changing times.
