Cassie Lorenzo

Cassie Lorenzo is an experienced talent management and human resources professional, currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Engagement at Starboard Cruise Services since September 2019. In this role, Cassie has successfully designed and implemented talent management processes, focusing on performance and career management, succession planning, and employee engagement for over 350 corporate employees. Prior to this, Cassie held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, delivering strategic coaching and developing training programs. With previous experience in talent management at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and communications roles at Bacardi and Zubi Advertising, Cassie has a well-rounded background in human resources, marketing, and public relations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida.
