Erica Sposato

Erica Sposato is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for University Programs at Starbucks since April 2021, focusing on the strategic programming and execution of the Starbucks Summer Internship Program and early-in-function talent recruitment. Prior to this, Erica worked at Target from March 2012 to April 2021, where roles included Lead University Recruiter for Stores Leadership and Distribution positions, Campus Recruiter, and Executive Team Lead for Human Resources, managing HR operations for a multi-million dollar store. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned in 2012.
