Jeannie Pae

Jeannie Pae is an accomplished compensation and human resources professional with extensive experience in executive pay program design, global compensation, and mobility at Starbucks, where Jeannie currently serves as Vice President of Compensation. With leadership roles including Director of Compensation and experience at Microsoft as Executive Compensation Program Manager, Jeannie has a proven track record in managing compensation teams and developing impactful compensation strategies. Jeannie is also involved in governance as a member of the Board of Directors for One Day's Wages and holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Cornell University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
