Jeff Danley is currently the Director of Regional Operations at The Starbucks Coffee Company, overseeing operations in coastal North and South Carolina. With experience in various leadership roles from 2001 to 2022, they have led teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. They previously served as a store manager and district manager in the Maryland region, where they successfully managed a P&L portfolio of $14 million and focused on team development.
