Jordan Williams serves as the Senior Managing Director of Retail Innovation Strategy and the Tryer Innovation Center at Starbucks, leading efforts in business strategy within retail innovation. Previously, Jordan held various positions in business strategy and beverage management at MillerCoors, including Associate Brand Manager for Henry's Hard Soda and Coors Light, and a Summer Associate Brand Manager for Coors Light. Additionally, Jordan has contributed to the Black Executive CMO Alliance as a leader in developing the BECA Playbook. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Brand Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a B.A. in African American Studies and Women and Gender Studies from Bates College, along with experience as faculty in English and website development at Middlesex School.
