Lucious McDaniel III

Lucious McDaniel III has extensive experience in operations and innovation development across multiple industries. At Starbucks, Lucious held the role of VP Experience Innovation and Vice President of Regional Operations from August 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, at PetSmart, Lucious served as Regional Vice President of Operations for California from February 2021 to July 2021. Lucious also worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. for nearly eight years in various capacities, including Regional Vice President. Earlier in career, Lucious was a Group Director at Target, overseeing 82 stores in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri, and additionally served as a District Team Leader and Director of Sales and Marketing for Produce/Floral at H-E-B Grocery Stores. Lucious earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Regis University.
