Rafeal Mersier

Rafeal Mersier is an experienced business leader currently serving as Partner Manager at Starbucks since July 2024 and Chief Executive Officer of RafsCoachingLLC since March 2021, where initiatives have led to the successful establishment of business credit profiles for over 700 clients. Prior to these roles, Mersier worked at FedEx as a Multi Unit Manager, achieving top quartile results and building high-performing teams.
