Rodger Benson

Rodger Benson has extensive experience in operations and human resources management, with over a decade at Starbucks serving as Director of Roastery Operations and International Manufacturing, overseeing manufacturing across six global Roasteries. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager, where Rodger managed a team and directed operations in a non-union environment, and Manager of Partner Resources at the Sandy Run Roasting Plant, acting as a strategic HR partner. Prior to Starbucks, Rodger held various HR positions at Eaton Corporation and Abbott Laboratories, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and managing HR functions in large manufacturing environments. Rodger's career began in the US Army as a Commissioned Officer and Pilot, achieving high operational readiness rates. Rodger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Albany State University.
