Sandrine Baudorre

Sandrine Baudorre currently serves as the Head of HR & Learning for Starbucks in France, the Netherlands, and Belgium, overseeing a team of 27 HR professionals and managing a workforce of 2,000 employees since May 2024. Prior to this, Sandrine held the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Ralph Lauren from 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included talent attraction, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives for a region comprising 1,300 employees. Sandrine's career at Ralph Lauren also features roles as Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Social Affairs Coordinator, starting in 2001. Sandrine possesses a Master's degree in Health Product Law from Institut Etudes judiciaires Nanterre and a Maîtrise in Private Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
