Yael Yeger

Yael Yeger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and innovation, currently serving as a Strategic Partnerships Advisor at Starburst Aerospace. With a strong background in process optimization and efficiency, Yael has held various roles including Board Member at the 81 Unit Alumni Association - AMIT, Innovation Expert at Spyre Group, and Deep Tech Expert in self-employment, focusing on enhancing organizational processes and driving cost reduction. Previous positions include Operations Lead in Google’s Efficiency chapter, Innovation & Operational Excellence Program Manager at HP, and roles in Israeli Military Intelligence. Yael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Shenkar and has pursued studies at the Royal Academy of Dance.
