Prior to joining Starburst, Toni was the SVP Global Partner and Alliances & APJ Sales at ThoughtSpot from October 2018 to March 2021. Before ThoughtSpot, Toni was the Vice President Global Partner and Alliances Sales at Medallia from December 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they were the Global and field leader for Medallia's Partner and Alliances Sales teams across Management Consultants, Consulting and Services, CX Advisory, Information Provider, Technology Partners, and Strategic Alliances partnerships.

Toni has also held roles as the SVP Global Partner and Alliances Sales at Qlik from November 2015 to December 2017 and as the Vice President Global Partner and Alliance Marketing at VMware from October 2011 to November 2015.

Toni Adams has an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Toni also has a Master's degree in Internet Solutions from Novell. Toni is a Certified Netware Engineer and an Internet Architect.
