Sheryl Rae Baker is the Chief of Aging and Disability Operations at StarCare Lubbock, overseeing the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Program and the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. Sheryl Rae has extensive experience in managing executive operations within the healthcare industry, previously serving as the Division Director for Aging and Disability Services at StarCare Specialty Health System. With a background in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, Sheryl has also held leadership positions at American Habilitation Services Inc. and American Habilitation Services.
