Richard Blain

Rich Blain currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Starcircle, engaging with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders across the Americas to develop tailored solutions for sourcing and hiring, while focusing on future talent pipeline sustainability. Previously, Rich held various roles at vsource.io, eventually leading the Delivery department and achieving ISO certifications, alongside managing a significant team of Talent Sourcers. Rich's experience also includes internships in consumer branding, research, and sports science, complemented by academic credentials in Human Nutrition and Sports Science from The University of Sheffield and Dublin City University, respectively. Notably, Rich has received the Core Values Award at Starcircle for two consecutive quarters in 2023 and 2024.
