Alexander Volnov

Alexander Volnov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business system transformation and project coordination. Currently serving as a Business System Transformation Manager at KENDA Tires Europe and STARCO, Alexander previously held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at Imperial Brands PLC, where notable achievements included leading initiatives to streamline the Product Initiation Process with substantial cost savings and implementing Visual Performance Management tools across multiple teams. With a strong foundation in operations planning and continuous improvement, Alexander also contributed significantly to ISO certification efforts and Lean training within the organization. Alexander holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg.
