Dr. Babs Faseesin has over 15 years of experience in strategy and consulting. Currently, Dr. Faseesin serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Starcom. Previously, they held positions such as Vice President of Strategy at Hero Collective, where they led efforts to drive growth and commercial receptivity for the Goldman Sachs account. They also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at ROITT CONSULTING, leading digital platform strategies and global brand repositioning initiatives. Prior to that, Dr. Faseesin was the Head of Strategy at Publicis, where they expanded the agency's client base and achieved significant revenue growth. They have also held strategic roles at TBWA\\CONCEPT, Leo Burnett MEA, Headstart Consulting, and EGC Consulting. Dr. Faseesin is skilled in leveraging data and insights to develop innovative solutions and drive growth in competitive markets.
Dr. Babs Faseesin completed a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation at Capella University from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Dr. Faseesin obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which was achieved from 2015 to 2017. In 2012 to 2013, Dr. Faseesin also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing United Kingdom.
