Mark Fowler

Mark Fowler has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on talent management. Mark began their career as a Management Trainee at Republic Services Inc., where they gained exposure to various aspects of the business. Mark then held the position of Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for two business units. After their time at Republic Services Inc., Mark joined Beacon Roofing Supply as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for HR functions in the Midwest region. Mark later served as the Division Human Resources Manager at MPW Industrial Services, leading the company's HR efforts. Currently, Mark is working at Starcom, where they have progressed from Associate Director of Human Resources to Director of Talent Management, Vice President of Talent Management, and now holds the role of Senior Vice President of Talent. Overall, Mark's experience demonstrates their expertise in talent management and strategic HR initiatives.
