Aica Raffi

Aica Raffi serves as Talent Manager at StarCompliance since March 2022, where efforts led to a 131% growth in the employee base within the last year, overseeing global talent processes across APAC, MENA, the US, and the UK. Prior experience includes co-founding The Xpert as Head of Business Operations in 2021, and serving as Director of Operations and Recruitment for Ericsson Wireless Office, managing employee relations and training in the MENA region. Aica also held the position of Director and Head of Operations at StratusWorX, leading operational strategies within the cloud computing sector. Early career roles include Head of Recruitment & Emiritization at AMAK, Business Development Manager at SThree focusing on the MENA region, and Business Account Manager for Dolce & Gabbana. Aica is an alumna of The University of Manchester.
