Erica Djunawar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth management and customer success within the hospitality and restaurant technology sectors. Currently serving as Partner Growth Manager at Stardekk since August 2023, Erica previously excelled as Growth Account Manager at Deliverect, where successful management of over 500 restaurant accounts in the BNLX, UK, and Nordics regions significantly enhanced client relationships and product features. Erica's career also includes roles as a Customer Experience Training Specialist and Customer Success Manager at Deliverect, where impactful onboarding and training programs were developed.
