Laurent Mignot

Laurent Mignot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as a Board Member at Starfire Cincy since January 2024. Mignot has been with Procter & Gamble since May 1998, holding multiple leadership roles, including R&D Senior Director and R&D Business Information Security Leader, with responsibilities encompassing downstream initiatives for Bounty towels and upstream technology development for Charmin and Puffs. Earlier experience includes an R&D internship at Nippon Paper Industries Japan and an engineering role at Chleq Frote. Mignot holds a Master of Science degree in Paper Engineering & Science from Grenoble INP - UGA, earned between 1993 and 1998.
