Jaclyn Cannon

Jaclyn Cannon is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an Information Technology Technician Level II at Starfish Family Services since April 2015, Jaclyn oversees IT needs for over 400 employees across 19 locations, manages the organization's active directory, and conducts extensive IT training for both staff and community members. Previous roles include IT Support at American Laser Skincare, where responsibilities extended to technical support across 135 clinics, and various customer service positions that involve logistics and operational support. Jaclyn holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Schoolcraft College and completed high school at Garden City High School.
