Lindsey (Biggs) Lockhart, LMSW, IMH-E®, currently serves as the Manager of Infant and Early Childhood Clinical Services at Starfish Family Services, overseeing leadership, programming, and budgeting for clinical and educational services for children under five and their families. With extensive experience in infant mental health, Lindsey has held various roles, including Supervisor for the largest Infant Mental Health Program in the country and Instructor at the University of Michigan for early childhood development webinars.
