Risto Randla

Risto Randla is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong focus on automation and robotics. Currently serving as Head of Automation Engineering at Stargate Hydrogen since February 2023, Risto previously held the position of Automation Manager at HOOB Factory Automation, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Mechatronics team to develop automated factory solutions aimed at reducing production routine tasks. Prior to this, Risto was a Product Validation Engineer at Stoneridge, overseeing Product Validation projects and building test systems for automotive electronics. Risto holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completed in 2016.
