Erica Leussink

Erica Leussink is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning several decades at Staring College, where positions have included HR-adviseur, adviseur P&O, and various administrative roles. Currently serving as HR-adviseur since October 2021, Erica previously held the position of adviseur P&O at both Staring College and Het Assink lyceum from February 2020 to November 2021. The professional journey began in October 1987 as a medewerker P&O, and roles expanded to include medewerker leerlingadministratie and hoofd administratie. Erica holds a propedeuse degree in HRM from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (2018-2021) and has pursued additional educational qualifications, including PDL and BKL.
