Steve Heydt has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Steve started their career at Equifax / DCI Credit Service, Inc. an Equifax System Affiliate in 1991, serving as Vice President / Marketing Director. Steve then moved on to Capital Credit Union in 1998, where they worked as a Sales Manager. Since 2004, Steve has been working at Starion Bank, starting as Retail Banking / Vice President before moving on to their current role as Experience Manager / Senior Vice President. At Starion Bank, Steve focuses on leading and coaching retail bankers, establishing business relationships with clients, and creating a sales culture.
Steve Heydt's education history begins in 2002 when they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and pursued a degree in Management Finance. Steve completed their studies in 2004. In 2006 and 2007, they furthered their education by attending Leadership Bismarck Mandan, focusing on Community Leadership. In 2011, they obtained a Diploma from the Disney Institute, where they studied Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and obtained a Diploma GSB from the University of Colorado in Boulder, specializing in Banking.
