Thomas Krogh Skou

Thomas Krogh Skou serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at STARK since March 2020, overseeing HR, payroll, and health & safety activities for STARK Denmark and Greenland. Thomas also held the role of Senior HR Business Partner within STARK, providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives. In addition, Thomas is Vice Chairman and Board Member at Nexcom A/S, contributing to the development of AI-driven software platforms. Recent board memberships include DI Østjylland. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Telenor, where responsibilities ranged from program management to customer service, and regional retail management at Sonofon.
