Eduardo Mantovanelli has worked in various roles in the finance and IT fields since 2013. In 2013, they completed internships at Vale and INFLOR. In 2016, they began working at TOTVS as a Senior Cloud Business Analyst, Senior Quality Service Analyst, and Trainee. In 2018, they became the IT Governance & Finance Coordinator at Stone Pagamentos. In 2019, they were the Business Controller at Capgemini. In 2020, they were a Financial Manager at Stone. Currently, they are the Head of Finance at Stark Bank.

Eduardo Mantovanelli completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ifes - Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo between 2009 and 2014. In 2020, they completed an Executive Management Program with a Management Specialization from The University of Akron.
